Leet Robotics Private Limited (“Leet Robotics,” “we,” “us”) operates the Leet Robotics platform — a cloud-based robotics education service. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our website and services.

2. Information We Collect

Account information: When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and password (stored as a cryptographic hash — we never store plain-text passwords).

OAuth data: If you sign in via GitHub or Google, we receive your name, email, and profile picture from those services. We do not access your repositories, files, or other private data from those providers.

Usage data: We collect information about how you use the platform — pages visited, courses enrolled, lessons completed, workspace sessions, and general interaction patterns. This helps us improve the learning experience.

Payment information: Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number, CVV, or full card details on our servers. Stripe handles all payment data under their own privacy policy.

Workspace data: Code and files you create in cloud workspaces are saved to persistent per-account storage and remain available across sessions, subject to your plan’s storage quota. We do not access or review your workspace content unless required for debugging at your request or to enforce our Terms of Service.

3. How We Use Your Information

• Service delivery: To provide, maintain, and improve the platform — including account management, workspace provisioning, and content delivery
• Communication: To send you account-related emails (signup confirmation, password reset, billing). We may also send product updates — you can unsubscribe from these at any time
• Analytics: To understand how the platform is used so we can improve the learning experience, fix bugs, and prioritize features
• Security: To detect and prevent abuse, fraud, and unauthorized access to the platform

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Stripe — payment processing (privacy policy)
• Google Cloud Platform — infrastructure, compute, and storage (privacy policy)
• GitHub & Google OAuth — sign-in authentication

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.

5. Cookies

We use minimal cookies for essential functionality only — session management, authentication tokens, and user preferences. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising cookies.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal information within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it by law (e.g., billing records). Workspace data from ephemeral sessions is automatically deleted when the session ends.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data — see what information we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate data in your account settings
• Delete your account and associated personal data
• Export your data in a portable format
• Object to processing of your data for non-essential purposes

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS/HTTPS), encrypted password storage (bcrypt), and access controls on our infrastructure. No system is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected such information, we will promptly delete it.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the platform. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
