Refund & Cancellation Policy

Free Tier
The Leet Robotics free tier has no charges. All educational content — courses, tutorials, concepts, challenges, and learning paths — is free forever. The free tier includes limited compute time (5 hours per month) at no cost. Since there are no charges, no refund applies to the free tier.
Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your Pro or Pro Plus subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation is effective immediately, and you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account reverts to the free tier.
We do not issue partial refunds for unused time remaining in a billing period after cancellation.
Subscription Refunds
If you believe you were charged in error, or if the Service was substantially unavailable during your billing period, you may request a refund by contacting us at varun@leetrobotics.com within 30 days of the charge.
We review refund requests on a case-by-case basis and aim to respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method via Stripe.
How to Request a Refund
Email us at varun@leetrobotics.com with the subject line “Refund Request” and include:
- Your account email address
- Date and amount of the charge
- Reason for the refund request
