Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Leet Robotics platform (“Service”), operated by Leet Robotics Private Limited (“Company,” “we,” “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Leet Robotics is a cloud-based robotics education platform that provides browser-accessible development environments, robotics simulation, courses, tutorials, challenges, and community features. The Service includes code editors, ROS2 simulation via Gazebo, visualization via RView, and structured learning content.

3. Accounts

You must create an account to use most features. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity that occurs under it. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. One account per person — do not share credentials. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Free Tier & Subscriptions

Leet Robotics offers a permanent free tier. This is not a trial — it is a free plan with stated limitations, including limited compute hours per month. Free tier users have full access to all educational content.

Paid subscriptions provide additional workspace compute hours, more storage, and other benefits as described on our pricing page. Subscriptions are billed monthly and auto-renew until cancelled.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to violate any laws
• Abuse, overload, or interfere with the infrastructure, including cryptocurrency mining, botnet activity, or resource abuse
• Scrape, crawl, or automatically extract data from the platform
• Attempt to access other users' accounts, workspaces, or data
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or any harmful content
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

6. Intellectual Property

Platform content: All courses, tutorials, challenges, UI design, branding, and platform code are owned by Leet Robotics Private Limited and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Your content: You retain ownership of all code, projects, and content you create using the Service. By posting content publicly (e.g., community projects, forum posts), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display and distribute that content within the platform.

7. Cloud Workspaces

The cloud workspace is an ephemeral compute environment started on demand and shut down when idle. Your files are saved to persistent per-account storage (subject to your plan’s storage quota) and remain available across sessions. We do not, however, guarantee the availability or durability of stored data, and you remain responsible for backing up your work. Storage that exceeds your quota may be frozen until usage drops below the limit.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Leet Robotics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or engage in behavior that is harmful to the platform or its users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Any data in your workspaces may be deleted.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the platform. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.
